Unable to see the display (debug) terminal when running in Debug mode

hi,

I am running my application in debug mode and I get the Display Terminal confirmation pop-up window which basically asks me if I want to see the display terminal window while running the application in the local test environment. I clicked on 'Yes' and a browser window opened but the host terminal window did not open. I

I have set the trace.HOD.DISPLAYTERMINAL=1 in runtime-debug.properties file and also in runtime.properties file. Is there somethig else I need to do?
