For RDi, there are several articles and demos on RDi in the Resource Library here in the Cafe. (See the links near the top of the page.) Look in the "Articles, Books and Presentations" section and in the "Demos" section.
For RPG, there is some information in the Resource Library, but most of the available free information is located elsewhere on the Internet. What level or type of RPG instruction are you interested in?
You can find quite a few articles on RDi and WDSC at IBM Systems Magazine. Click on the Developer tab and then select either RPG or WDSC.
Alternatively, if your company can afford to pay something towards your training and you are in the States, System i Developer are holding a four day conference in October in Minneapolis, which you can find more about here. I have seen Paul Tohy, Susan Gantner and Jon Paris speak at UK conferences and all are excellent so I am sure that this conference will be of an equal standard.
