When using TN33270E contention resolution, I have to submit my web page twice before receiving updated host data. How can I correct this behavior?
How do I enable the HATS runtime (for more than two concurrent connections)?
- To enable the software for more than two licenses, you must have the
runtime enablement jar file. This file is provided to you on a CD (or
image, if you downloaded HATS electronically) separate from the HATS
Toolkit. If you downloaded HATS from the Passport Advantage Web site, the
runtime enablement files are located in the runtime enablement CD
image.
- The Passport Advantage Web site is located at http://www.ibm.com/software/howtobuy/passportadvantage/.
To access the site, you must have a Passport Advantage subscription.
After you have a subscription, you also need to obtain a user ID and
password.

How do I tell what version of HATS I have installed?
How can I have my session to the host automatically disconnected when I close my browser without first logging off?
- The HATS asynchronous update applet will automatically disconnect the host side of the connection if the browser is closed before the user manually disconnects.
- In environments where java is not available, the disconnectOnClose parameter may be passed in the url to enable a similar auto-disconnect function.
- For more information, see the HATS Information Center: http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/hatshelp/v75/index.jsp.
What other software do I need to be able to install HATS?

What should I do if the HATS Host Display Terminal won't start in my development environment?
