Rich UI for Web 2.0 Development

Learn how to create leading edge (Web 2.0) applications using EGL's Rich UI (RUI), and how to program with a service oriented architecture using widgets from various sources.
Note that there are prerequisites before doing the instructional slides found at the link below. You must know EGL syntax and have a good understanding of it's constructs.

Hi!

I am doing hands-on learning of Rich UI for Web 2.0 Development Course and having trouble with it as follows:

slide #230: Simple Menu Widgets

I got an error message, "SimpleMenuBar cannot be resolved".
--> SimpleMenubar.egl does not exist in "com.ibm.egl.education.widgets" package.

slide #233: Tree Widgets

1. An image file(iseries.jpg) is not displayed.
--> The image file does not exist in "com.ibm.egl.education.widgets" package.

2. Tree control is not displayed correctly.
--> In the source code, there is an import statement as follows, but treeValues.egl does not exist in "com.ibm.egl.education.widgets" package.

import statement: "import libraries.treeValues;"

slide #244: Drag & Drop RUIHandler

The image of shopping cart(cart.jpg) is not displayed.

So, would you please tell me how I get to those missing files(SimpleMenubar.egl, treeValues.egl, iseries.jpg, cart.jpg)?
